Tabula Rasa

Tabula Rasa means "blank  slate" in Latin. Further definition from Merriam-Webster is "the mind in its hypothetical primary blank or empty state before receiving outside impressions" and "something existing in its original pristine state." The image of a baby comes forth and the saying "I slept like a baby."  I think that the possibility exists for us to experience life as a blank slate,  a new beginning, each day, each hour, each moment. To be as a baby, unfettered and enraptured with NOW. Deep and renewing sleep is key. As an ASMR artist, utilizing ASMR vocal technique, I am thrilled to be providing an aid to relaxation for a few of you. We can feel calm and tranquil as we lay down to rest and awaken (with the help of our dreams)  to the new day as  a Tabula Rasa!
